Former North Salem Supervisor Paul Greenwood pleads guilty to fraud charges
Paul Greenwood, the former North Salem supervisor accused of draining his investment companies of tens of millions of dollars to fund a life surrounded by French antiques and collectibles and padded by several homes and a horse farm, pleaded guilty Wednesday morning in federal court in Manhattan to the securities fraud charges that have hung over him since February 2009.
