One little thing more: You have divided $/Pound by $/Y. Please realize that this is the same as multiplying $/Pound with Y/$, which is what I did.
That is perfectly right as well. Good. Just a little suggestion: Preferable go up to 4 decimal points with exchange rates. That may not mean much but when we think in terms of millions of dollars (or any currency), it will make a substantial difference.

I did it a little different but got the same thing.
(Y/Pound)ask= ($/Pound)/($/Y)= 1.5675/.0104=150.72
(Y/Pound)bid= ($/Pound)/($/Y)=1.5670/.0108=145.09
(Y/Pound)=145.09-150.72
